These Terms of Service govern your use of the Neptune Auto Transport website and services. Effective January 1, 2026.
Our services
Neptune Auto Transport arranges vehicle shipping by coordinating with a network of licensed, insured motor carriers. We act to facilitate and manage your shipment from quote through delivery.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Material changes to your vehicle, locations or timing may affect the price. We strive for honest, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees.
Insurance and liability
Vehicles are covered by the assigned carrier's cargo insurance during transport, which we verify before loading. Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered. We recommend documenting your vehicle's condition at pickup and delivery.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, prepare your vehicle for transport, and be available (or designate an authorized adult) for pickup and delivery inspections.
Cancellations
Contact us as early as possible regarding changes or cancellations. Specific terms will be communicated with your order.
